EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS and TRAINING
degree or equivalent experience in project managementprofessional certification in Agile, Prince2 Agile, PMP or equivalentleadership of management certificationhigh grade GCSE or equivalent in mathematics and englishICH - GCP certificationEXPERIENCE
management of financial processes and reporting of funded projectsexperience in NHS or healthcare research environmentsstrong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organisational levelsability to analyse and report performance and financial dataleadership and/or line management of colleaguesexperience of clinical audit and service improvementexperience of leading PMO within health research, innovation or complex multi-disciplinary environmentsexperience of co-ordinating cross functional teams and driving organisationally changeKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
