This role will require you to provide senior-level people leadership and act as programme lead across a portfolio of strategic People andamp; Culture initiatives. This role will play a critical part in designing and delivering a coordinated people transformation and change agenda within a complex organisation.Scope of RequirementsTo provide senior-level strategic HR advisory and programme leadership to design and deliver a coordinated people transformation and change agenda.Act as programme lead across key strategic People andamp; Culture projects.Support leaders through complex change, ensuring clarity, engagement, and minimal disruptionDevelop and embed change frameworks, tools, and governanceEstablish delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies, and risk and issues management frameworksProvide clear, concise reporting to Executive and Board levelEnsure integration across HR and wider business initiativesKey Skills andamp; ExperienceProven experience in strategic HR Change andamp; Transformation within complex organisationsDemonstrable track record and expertise in organisational design and change managementAbility to assess current ways of working and identify opportunities to improve operating model effectiveness, structure and organisational performanceDemonstrable programme management capability (multi-workstream ..... full job details .....
