After two years of incubation within BD Giving, we''re seeking a visionary leader to take BD Collective to the next level and help transition it into a strong, independent organisation, and build a team who embodies our core principles to Connect, Collaborate and Change. You''ll bring strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a passion for community-led impact, with a proven ability to navigate complexity, build trust across diverse stakeholders, and turn ambition into action.
