Hybrid with 3 days per week on-site.Purpose of the roleAs a Strategic Collections Specialist, you''ll play a key role in recovering high-value debt across a global customer portfolio. Working within a complex Accounts Receivable environment, you''ll build strong customer relationships, resolve payment disputes and use data-driven insights to improve cash collection performance.
