You''ll work closely with the Executive Team to: • Shape and deliver the next phase of our Ministry Services strategy. • Lead strategic projects from concept through to implementation. • Explore new opportunities, partnerships and potential acquisitions. • Build business cases, commercial models and strategic recommendations. • Gather market insight and test assumptions to inform future growth. • Design operating models, governance structures and delivery frameworks. • Engage stakeholders across the organisation, helping people embrace and navigate change.
