This is a rare opportunity to join a company where procurement is seen as a true strategic partner to the business.Strategic Buyer - The Role:To ensure a robust supply base that meets it''s needs in support of; customer service, profitable growth and improved financial performance. Ensure effective procurement and partnership with suppliers, reduce waste and naturally develop a ''customer led'' organisation are the keys to success in this role.Negotiate and manage all supplier contracts (new + renewals).Ensure adherence to corporate procedures.Support with monthly deflation reporting via POL.
