This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a supplier portfolio of around 160 suppliers, review existing contracts and identify opportunities to improve commercial terms, supplier performance and the wider purchasing function.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for:Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies across services and materials.Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including challenging and improving legacy agreements.Managing supplier relationships, performance and resolving supplier issues.Reviewing supplier and contract portfolios to identify cost savings, commercial improvements and supply chain opportunities.Leading RFQs, supplier selection and contract negotiations.Working closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations and other internal stakeholders.Identifying and managing commercial, contractual and supplier risks.Using data, Excel, digital tools and AI to support procurement decisions and improve processes.Maintaining accurate procurement and contract records.About YouWe''re looking for a confident, self-motivated and self-reliant procurement professional with:Strong experience in strategic purchasing, contract management and ..... full job details .....
