Reporting directly to the Director of Assets and New Business, you''ll play a key role in shaping long-term investment strategies, ensuring high-quality asset intelligence and supporting evidence-based decision making across a diverse housing portfolio. If you''re an experienced Asset Manager with a passion for data-led investment planning, stock condition and strategic asset management within social housing, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact while helping improve homes and outcomes for residents. The Role As Strategic Asset Manager, you''ll be responsible for leading the organisation''s approach to asset intelligence, stock condition data and long-term investment planning. Working closely with Asset Delivery, Building Safety and Compliance and Finance teams, you''ll translate complex asset data into practical investment programmes, supporting business planning, regulatory compliance and long-term financial sustainability.
