This is an excellent opportunity for an Asset Management professional with a strong technical background in M&E and building fabric assets to take ownership of long-term asset strategy, capital planning and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies across M&E and building fabric assets. Produce long-term capital investment plans and asset replacement programmes. Manage asset registers, condition surveys and performance data. Lead asset risk assessmens and compliance planning. Support the delivery of refurbishment, upgrade and replacement projects. Monitor asset performance, reliability and lifecycle costs through KPI reporting. Manage asset-related budgets and expenditure forecasts. About You: Proven experience in Asset Management, Estates Management, Building Services or Facilities Management. Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and building fabric assets.
