The postholder will work with stakeholders across the council to take an overview of all City Council assets (Administrative, Operational, Commercial, and key elements of Housing), to advise on which to retain, refurb, repurpose and which should be considered for disposal, as well as the Council''s strategic approach to compliance.In this role you will:1.
