Account Manager who can turn satisfied customers into long-term, high-value partnerships . If you love owning client strategy, spotting revenue gaps, and keeping relationships healthy, you’ll thrive here.What You’ll OwnStrategic Account Plans

– map growth roadmaps for a book of high-potential clients and keep them current each quarter.

Revenue Growth

– hit monthly services targets and lift HubSpot licence MRR via upsell and cross-sell plays.

Client Retention

– protect and expand net revenue retention across retainer and project accounts.

Engagement Cadence

– run check-ins, QBRs, and on-site pitches that keep stakeholders bought-in.

Day-to-Day SnapshotPartner with Solutions Consultants to scope extra services or add-on hubs.

Liaise with HubSpot’s Client Success team ahead of renewals and expansions.

Travel for face-to-face sessions when a whiteboard beats a Zoom.

Keep HubSpot CRM spotless—every engagement, forecast, and renewal tracked.

Analyse pipelines, usage data, and NPS to surface new opportunities.

Manage the nurture activity to our top clients personally (supported by marketing)

You’ll Do Well If YouHave

2–4 yrs managing revenue-bearing accounts

(agency or SaaS).

Consistently meet or beat

monthly growth targets .

Build C-suite trust through data-driven storytelling.

Know HubSpot—or can learn fast and prove it with certs in your first 90 days.

Thrive in a remote, self-directed environment and like sharing wins across teams.
