Our client are recruiting for a Stores and Logistics Technician for their site based in Slough. An opening for someone looking for an opportunity to be based at the counter (front desk) servicing scientists collecting stock items, as well as organising the stock within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Work at the counter front desk servicing scientists collecting stock items

Organise and manage stock within the warehouse

Assist with stock control, inventory accuracy and related administrative tasks

Assist with lifting and moving items (items typically range from 5 to 20 kilos)

Maintain a tidy, safe and compliant storing area in line with company policies

Requirements / Qualifications

Fresh graduates with inventory/stock management experience or administrative skills

Stores and counter experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organised, able to prioritise a busy workload, and able to work in a small team

Computer literate with SAP and Microsoft Office

Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including heavy lifting
