A major refit and upgrade is taking place, with a large volume of goods being received and despatched daily. Main Duties Coordinate, arrange and record all dispatches from site Package items/goods sufficiently for safe dispatch and transportation. Complete Custom Clearance requests. Electronic registration of deliveries / goods using the Eproc system. File delivery notes and signed Receipt Registration labels. Inform staff and contractors when their deliveries have arrived. Relocate parcels / deliveries to storage compounds / locations. Resolution of queries arising from missing parcels, damaged goods, incorrect information etc. Stock management of consumables. Housekeeping and General Administration duties as required. Skills & Experience Previous goods-in, stock control and general warehousing experience is required, along with a good understanding of goods receipt and despatch administration.
