A major refit and upgrade is taking place, with a large volume of goods being received and despatched daily. Main DutiesCoordinate, arrange and record all dispatches from sitePackage items/goods sufficiently for safe dispatch and transportation.Complete Custom Clearance requests.Electronic registration of deliveries / goods using the Eproc system.File delivery notes and signed Receipt Registration labels.Inform staff and contractors when their deliveries have arrived.Relocate parcels / deliveries to storage compounds / locations.Resolution of queries arising from missing parcels, damaged goods, incorrect information etc.Stock management of consumables.Housekeeping and General Administration duties as required.
