Responsibilities We''re partnering with a leading precision engineering business in Northampton to find a Stores Person. You''ll keep stock records accurate, make sure parts and kits get where they need to be, and ensure every UK and international shipment leaves on time and with the right paperwork. You will: Follow and help improve the company''s stock management process Run full stock counts twice a year, ready for the external year-end audit Make stock adjustments in the ERP system (EFACS) Investigate inventory discrepancies and using ERP transaction logs to trace and resolve them Pick components and rebuild kits accurately against works orders and requisitions Prepare and support domestic and international despatches, including customs invoices and shipping paperwork Work closely with colleagues across departments and with the wider Stores team to avoid duplicated effort Keep your line m...
