Role: Stores Operative Location: Haverhill, Suffolk Pay: 27,000 - 28,000 (DOE) Start Date: Immediate Contract: PermanentWe are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join a busy manufacturing business in Haverhill, Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous stores, goods-in, or warehouse experience looking for a long-term role with stability and genuine development potential.This role is ideal for a hands-on, organised individual who takes pride in accuracy and ensuring stock control runs smoothly within a fast-paced production environment.Pay and Hours:Circa 27,000 - 28,000 (depending on experience)Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00Full-time, permanent positionStores Operative Duties:Receiving and processing incoming goods and deliveriesStoring and organising materials in line with company proceduresPicking and issuing materials, consumables, and job kits to productionSupporting manufacturing with kitting and production preparationCarrying out stock checks, cycle counts and reporting discrepanciesUpdating system records including scrap adjustments and stock movementsMonitoring stock levels and expiry datesPacking and dispatching outgoing orders accurately and securelyCompleting shipping documentation as requiredMaintaining a clean, tidy and organised stores areaWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a stores, goods-in or despatch environmentStrong stock control and inventory management knowledgeGood IT skills (including Excel and ..... full job details .....
