This is a varied, hands-on role covering goods in, stores, dispatch and supporting the production team. The successful candidate will ideally have previous stores or warehouse experience, be confident using a computer system and hold a full UK driving licence. The Stores Operative role: Receiving deliveries and checking goods against paperwork Booking stock onto the computer system Reporting any damaged, missing or incorrect items Moving stock to the correct storage locations Loading and unloading vehicles using a forklift Supplying materials and parts to the production team Keeping stock organised and assisting with stock checks Arranging deliveries to subcontractors and booking couriers Preparing parts for collection and dispatch Carrying out local collections and deliveries when required Keeping the stores and dispatch areas clean and tidy Supporting with general warehouse and stores duties as r...
