This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you''ll develop your skills within a busy stores and precision engineering environment. You''ll play an important role in ensuring stock and components are accurately received, stored and issued to production.The RoleFollowing a training programme, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the stores department and ensuring a smooth flow of goods between stores and the shop floor. Duties will include: Receiving stock into stores from inspection and the shop floor.Booking parts onto the stock system and allocating suitable locations.Ensuring stock is correctly identified and traceability is maintained.Picking and kitting parts ready for production.Packing and distributing parts to the correct departments.Carrying out stock checks and assisting with annual stock takes.Managing stock transfers between sites.Liaising with production and other ..... full job details .....
