We''re recruiting on behalf of a reputable manufacturing client in Coatbridge, and this could be your next great opportunity!Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 16:15 (Some flexibility may be required to meet business needs)Job PurposeTo ensure all purchased goods are received in good condition, booked into the system accurately, and stored or issued efficiently to support production operations. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and check incoming goods both physically and on ERP (MFG Pro) systemEnsure all items are labelled and stored in designated locationsIssue materials and consumables to production as per service level agreementsManage consumable stock levels and reorder when necessaryHighlight urgent receipts and defective items to the appropriate teamsMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure good housekeeping in the stores areaRaise and send non-inventory orders to suppliersProvide cover for other team members within the logistics team as needed What We''re Looking ForEssential:Previous warehouse/stores experienceValid forklift licenseManual handling awarenessComputer literate (familiarity with ERP systems preferred)Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skillsAbility to work well independently and within a teamDesirable:Basic Excel skillsDangerous ..... full job details .....
