Job Title: Stores Operative Job type: Contract Hourly rate: 13.50 per hour PAYE Hours: 37 hours per week Duration: 3months Location: High WycombeGeneral stores duties including:Packing ordersLoading and unloading orders on and off vehiclesChecking order quantitiesKanban System Inputting data onto E1Cycle CountsWork Order KittingGeneral responsibilities:Document management recording measurement and weightMatching detector to orders from the shipping list and liaising with the shipping departmentLoading data onto excel packing list and maintenance of records to comply with data handling requirementsMaintain checks on Kanbans to ensure continuous supply of email orders.Cycle counts to be carried out Daily. Education / Qualifications: A good understanding of MS Word, Excel, and MS outlook Professional Skills/Attributes:Experience of working within a stores or warehouse environmentFork Lift Licence preferredExperience of working within teams, budgets and timescalesConfidence and communication skills to share expertise to help othersGood organisational skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative but also be part of a proactive teamAttention to detailAble to work under pressureKnowledge of stock control and replenishment systems.Good numerical skillsFamiliar with and understands general principles and procedures within a stores/warehousing environment within the high technology sectorFlexibility regarding working ..... full job details .....
