Stores Operative 6 Month Contract (Potential to Extend) Chippenham Monday to Friday, 7:30am 3:30pm We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Stores Operative to join a busy and fast-paced team in Chippenham on a 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in warehouse or stores environments who is confident working with systems and managing stock efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently Booking goods in and out of stores using SAP Kitting components for production or dispatch Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control Supporting general stores and warehouse operations Requirements: Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics role Experience using SAP or similar stock management systems Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Counterbalance forklift licence (preferred) What s on Offer: Competitive hourly rate Overtime rates available Stable 6-month contract with potential for renewal/extension Consistent weekday hours (no weekends) Supportive team and working environment Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
