Job Summary: The Stores Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant management of inventory, warehousing, goods in and kitting activities, ensuring materials are available to support production plans while maintaining high standard of accuracy, quality and service. The role leads the Stores team and drives effective materials management, operational discipline and continuous improvement within a lean manufacturing environment. Main Responsibilities: Manage inventory accuracy, stock integrity and control across raw materials, WIP, sub-assemblies, consumables and finished goods. Lead cycle counts and annual stocktakes, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. Work with Planning and Procurement to optimise stock levels and reduce excess and obsolete inventory. Ensure timely material release, kitting and replenishment to support production requirements.
