Position: Aftersales/Stores Manager - £45-50KLocation: West YorkshireSalary: £45-50KOur client has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hard-working individual to head up their stores team.Key Responsibilities:Develop Process driven systemsWorking with the production and supply chain teams to maintain robust stock control systemsDrive continuous improvementMonitor and plan ahead for production schedulesEnsure stock is correctly logged throughout the systemManaging and monitoring sales order systems and processFocus on preventing discrepancies and undertake investigations as necessaryLiaising with the departmental heads daily to ensure tight deadlines are metMaintain high standards in the stores area, ensuring it is organised, tidy, safe and secureMaintaining adequate stock levels to achieve 95%+ stock accuracy levels using Sage 200Leading inventory counts, highlighting actions to prevent further issuesManaging a team and supervising their daily activitiesWork with the team to resolve and develop customer experienceLead internal stores production parts and external aftersales parts to customersThis role is ideally suited to an individual with a keen eye for detail and emphasis on delivering an efficient service within the Stores environment, with a strong focus on both pick/pack accuracy and stock integrity.
