This role combines leadership and hands on delivery, managing day to day stores operations while developing processes, supporting production requirements and ensuring robust inventory control across multiple locations. The Stores Manager will be responsible for: Leading the day to day operation of stores activities across site. Managing and developing a team of Stores personnel. Ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuing and control of materials and components. Maintaining stock accuracy through ERP systems, cycle counts and stock audits. Supporting production by ensuring materials are available in line with works orders and schedules. Driving improvements in stores processes, efficiency and organisation.
