Responsibilities:
As a Stores Coordinator, you will:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
- Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfil orders
- Maintain a clean and organised storeroom
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
- Provide exceptional support to team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a similar role or warehouse environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience with stock control software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
- Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment
- Understanding of supply chain processes
