Stores ControllerSlough 30,000 - 35,000 per annumWe are currently Looking for a Stores Controller to join a growing manufacturing business based in Slough. This is a hands-on role within a small workshop-based stores environment, where you will play a key role in implementing new stores processes, organising materials.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, check, and manage incoming materials and deliveries Log, identify, and locate all materials accurately within the stores area Ensure all materials are stored correctly and maintained in designated locations Pick and kit parts for production lines and customer orders Transport materials between the warehouse and various locations across the site Support production teams with ad-hoc labouring and operational tasks as required Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of a tablet-based MRP systemWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a Stores Controller, Stores Operative, Materials Handler, or similar role Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and stock control processesWhat''s on Offer 30,000 - 35,000 per annum Opportunity to help shape and improve stores processes Involvement in implementing a new tablet-based MRP system Long-term career development opportunitiesIf you have the skills and experience outlined above and would like to be considered for this position, please send your updated CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) for more information.Alternatively, apply directly to this advert!Proactive offers a ..... full job details .....
