The successful candidate will assist the Senior Pharmacy Assistant (Stores Supervisor) in managing stock, ensuring accurate handling of deliveries, and contributing to a high-quality service across pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities Receive and check deliveries, ensuring prompt and accurate storage using pharmacy systems Maintain delivery records and paperwork, resolving discrepancies effectively Support supplier returns, including credits, replacements, and uplifts Assemble and distribute pharmaceutical stock for ward orders, requisitions, and bulk issues Assist in dispensing and distributing bulk IV fluids and procedure packs Participate in stock picking, packing, and issuing in line with SOPs and transport schedules Transport pharmacy items to wards and departments (Antrim and Holywell sites) using a designated van (subject to driving assessment) Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety ...
