Stores and Inventory Coordinator

We are hiring for a versatile Stores and Inventory Coordinator, this person supports the efficient flow of materials throughout the business by ensuring goods are accurately received, inspected, stored, issued and dispatched. The role plays an important part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product traceability and operational efficiency whilst supporting manufacturing, customer deliveries and the Quality Management System. You will work closely with Procurement, Production, Engineering and Quality, the role helps ensure materials, inventory records and supporting documentation are accurate, compliant and available when required. The Stores and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day stores and inventory activities that support manufacturing and customer operations. This includes Goods In inspection, inventory control, material traceability, manufacturing support and customer order fulfilment. This position would suit someone who prefers to be the central point of contact for a role, where they wear a number of "hats" and get involved in the physical stores management but also are a key member of the production team, flagging to purchasing any issues arising from quality, or stock, it requires someone very confident who has worked in a similar for for minimum 3 years. You must be PC literate with confident experience of ERP and able to navigate excel.
