About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Stores and Despatch Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Loughborough.This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials through the business, from receiving deliveries and managing stock through to preparing and dispatching finished goods to customers. The successful candidate will be organised, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring goods are processed accurately and efficiently. Book stock in and out using internal systems and maintain accurate records. Carry out regular stock counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy. Inspect components against drawings and specifications before packing. Prepare and pack customer orders safely and securely for dispatch. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure materials are available when required. ..... full job details .....
