Stores & Warehouse Operative

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an experienced Stores & Warehouse Operative to join their team.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining excellent stock control and warehouse standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Receive and book in deliveries.
  
  
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch.
  
  
• Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  
  
• Update stock and serial number information using internal systems.
  
  
• Process returned goods and maintain accurate documentation.
  
  
• Order warehouse consumables and support stock management.
  
  
• Operate warehouse equipment, including a counterbalance forklift (where licensed).
  
  
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
  
  
• Support general warehouse and facilities duties as required.
  
  

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or stock control role.
  
  
• Experience with Goods In/Goods Out processes.
  
  
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (desirable).
  
  
• Forklift licence (essential).
  
  

• Permanent, full-time opportunity
  
  
• Salary of up to -29,000pa DOE
