XCL Group are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients stores team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations across departments. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Conducting stock takes and reports on a regular basis
  • Inputting data based on deliveries and production numbers.
  • Coordinate logistics and supplying the relevant paperwork to support this.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform materials handling duties, including heavy lifting as required in warehouse settings.

Skills

  • Strong computer and numerical skills are required for this.
  • Proficient in data analysis skills, with experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with warehouse experience, including stocking procedures and 3PL operations.
  • Ideally drive and have your own transport due to the location of the site.
