About the Role
The Storeperson position based in Portlethen involves managing yard duties and overseeing equipment movement. This contract role, paying £13-15 per hour, requires accurate stock control, housekeeping, and process development to maintain precise inventory records. Responsibilities include monitoring engineer demands, raising transport tickets, receiving goods, and liaising with stakeholders across Europe. Forklift experience and Microsoft proficiency are desirable. This position suits someone capable of building relationships with various teams while ensuring efficient material handling and stock accuracy.
We are currently looking for Warehouse person. You will involve in day-to-day yard duties and assists in management and movement of equipment.
Warehouse Operative Duties:
Responsible for material movements and accurate stock controls
House keeping
Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate stock recording
Monitor demands from engineers
Raise transport tickets and receive goods
Develop relationships between different stakeholders
Interface with stakeholders throughout Europe
Involvement in HSE protocols
Warehouse Operative Requirements:
Organised and good attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Forklift experience desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft
