Storeperson (CSCS Required)Stradishall, Newmarket£17.65 per hour PAYELong-Term Contract Until March 2027Immediate Start Available (Subject to Security Clearance)We are currently recruiting for a Storeperson to join a major construction project based in Stradishall, Newmarket.This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a large-scale project, with the contract expected to run through to March 2027.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage and distribution of materials and equipment across site, ensuring the smooth operation of the project''s supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and booking in deliveries using site systemsChecking deliveries for quantity, quality and damageManaging the movement and distribution of materials across siteIssuing and recording materials supplied to subcontractorsTracking stock levels and maintaining accurate recordsProducing handover paperwork and obtaining signaturesUploading delivery documentation to SharePoint and DaluxWorking closely with site teams and forklift operatorsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised stores areaSupporting waste management procedures in line with site protocolsAssisting with the efficient management of MEP materials and equipmentRequirementsValid CSCS CardPrevious warehouse, stores, logistics or materials management experienceGood administration and IT skillsAbility to work accurately and maintain recordsStrong organisational and communication skillsFull UK driving licence ..... full job details .....
