As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Storeman to join our team at Bredbury. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
• Organising and maintaining inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Issuing materials to departments or production as per requisitions.
• Tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages, excess, or obsolete stock.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and performing regular stock reconciliations.
• Ensuring that all materials are stored safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Preparing reports such as stock status, inventory turnover, and material movement.
• Enforcement of store policies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred (mobile telecoms or electrical industry knowledge preferred)
• Qualification in warehousing & storage or similar
• LOLER & PPE Inspections qualification
• Forklift license (B1 preferred)
• PUWER experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
