A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store Supervisor to join a renowned luxury retail brand in Bicester Village in a full-time role. As Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a confident retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and enjoys leading by example on the shop floor. Duties Support the day-to-day operation of the boutique. Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales and service objectives. Deliver a personalised and memorable luxury shopping experience. Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Assist with staff training, development and performance management. Ensure operational procedures are followed and company standards are maintained. Experience Previous supervisory experience within luxury, premium or high-end retail. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong leadership and communication skills. Commercially aware with a proactive and results-focused approach. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Flexible to work weekends and busy trading periods.
