Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience.

• Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets and KPIs.

• Coach and develop your team to maximise individual and store performance.

• Maintain exceptional luxury retail and visual merchandising standards.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, stock management and compliance.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing talent development.

• Manage performance through regular coaching and feedback.

• Build strong relationships with customers and create a loyal client base.

• Work closely with senior management to deliver wider business objectives.

About You

We're looking for a passionate Store Manager who can demonstrate:

• Proven management experience within luxury, premium beauty, fashion or a high-end customer service environment.

• A genuine passion for beauty and luxury customer experiences.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management skills.

• The ability to create a premium environment where customers feel valued and inspired.
