We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee, open and manage a brand-new amazing retail store in the heart of Amsterdam! You will recruit a new team and lead them to opening a store that will form part of a wider expansion piece across Europe! We want a Store Manager who can develop people''s skills and put processes in place to move the store forward. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences while driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities as our new Store Manager:

• Take full ownership of all departments in a stunning store

• Have the skills and experience to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service.

• Lead, coach, and inspire your team as a Store Manager, helping them grow professionally and achieve their goals.

• Monitor sales, budgets, and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

• Maintain operational excellence, including stock management, cash handling, and compliance with company procedures.

• Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and maximize profitability.

• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation, making sure standards are consistently high.

• Recruit, train, and retain the best talent to build a strong, engaged team under your leadership as a Store Manager.

• Represent the store in the community through events and local outreach programs to build the brand and reputation
