The Role

As Store Manager, you''ll take full ownership of the new store in Oxford, from preparing for launch through to managing day-to-day operations and driving ongoing commercial performance.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading the successful opening and launch of the new store

• Recruiting, onboarding and developing a high-performing retail team

• Driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty

• Creating a positive team culture with a strong focus on sales and service

• Coaching and motivating colleagues to achieve their potential

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Managing stock levels, replenishment and product availability

• Monitoring payroll, budgets and operating costs to support store profitability

• Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to maximise results

• Establishing strong operational routines and maintaining company standards

• Leading by example on the shop floor and creating an engaging shopping experience

About You

We''re looking for a commercially strong Store Manager who can lead a team, take ownership and build a successful retail operation from the ground up.

You''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Store Manager/Deputy Manager

• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear, accessories or premium retail

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving retail KPIs

• Strong leadership skills, with experience recruiting, coaching and developing a team

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of store profitability

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

• Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail

• Experience managing stock, rotas, payroll and day-to-day store operations

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to make decisions

• The ability to motivate a team and maintain high standards in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience supporting a new store opening would be advantageous, although we''re also keen to hear from established Store Managers ready for an exciting new challenge.
