About the role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store, leading from the front to drive performance and create an engaging shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high performing retail team
• Driving sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
• Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and store standards
