The Role

As Store Manager, you''ll take full ownership of your store, leading from the front to drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team

• Driving sales, KPIs and store profitability

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards

• Managing day to day operations, compliance and team performance

• Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent

About You

You''ll be an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail who:
