As Store Manager, you''ll take ownership of the store, leading your team to achieve sales and KPI targets while creating an engaging environment for customers who share a passion for sport.

The Role

• Lead, coach and develop a successful retail team.

• Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Use your passion and product knowledge to engage customers.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards.

• Manage day-to-day operations, stock and compliance.

About You

You''ll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Retail Manager within sports retail, specialist retail or another customer-focused retail environment.

• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of sales and KPIs.
