Your role as Store Manager
You''ll take ownership of the store''s performance, from commercial results and team development to the overall shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales, profitability and key retail KPIs.
  
• Leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve its full potential.
  
• Creating an engaging customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.
  
• Using sales figures and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
  
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
  
• Recruiting and retaining great people, building a positive and accountable team culture.
  
• Overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring standards and processes are consistently delivered.
  
• Leading from the shop floor, setting the pace and inspiring your team through your own example.
  

What you''ll bring

You''ll ideally have:

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering against sales targets.
