The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving commercial and operational targets.You will be a visible and inspiring leader, setting high standards across sales, service, operations and team development.As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain premium brand standards
• Take ownership of store operations and ensure excellent retail standards
• Analyse performance and make confident commercial decisions
• Coach and develop your team to maximise individual and store performance
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Create a positive, engaging and accountable store culture
• Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are consistently maintained

About You

We''re looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering commercial results.You''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
• Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver against KPIs
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
• A customer-first approach with high service standards
• Confidence making commercial and operational decisions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
