Store Manager Redhill Fashion Retail 30,000 + Bonus and BenefitsAre you an experienced retail manager looking for a new challenge?We''re looking for a confident and commercially minded Store Manager to take the lead in a busy Redhill store. You''ll be responsible for driving sales, developing your team and making sure the store delivers a great customer experience.This is a hands-on management role where you''ll be visible on the shop floor, leading by example and creating a positive environment for your team. You''ll have ownership of your store''s performance, working closely with the wider management team to identify opportunities and drive results.We''re open to experienced Store Managers, Deputy Managers or strong Assistant Managers who are ready to take the next step.
