The Role: Store Manager

As Store Manager, you''ll take full responsibility for the performance and day to day operation of the store. This is a hands on leadership role where you''ll inspire your team, drive commercial success, and maintain the highest standards across every area of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Driving commercial performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales

• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations

• Recruiting, coaching, and developing future retail leaders

• Managing stock control, compliance, audits, and health and safety

• Creating a positive, high performing store culture where colleagues can thrive

About You

We''re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Store Manager, or is a strong Assistant Manager ready to take the next step

• Has a background in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or big box retail

• Can coach, develop, and motivate high performing teams

• Understands retail KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, and UPT

• Is organised, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
