The Role

• Exceptional Customer Experience: Champion a personalised, service-led approach, ensuring every customer receives a memorable and seamless experience.

• Client Relationships: Build long-term customer loyalty through meaningful relationships, elevated service and a strong understanding of individual client needs.

• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire and develop a team to deliver consistently high standards of service, product knowledge and brand representation.

• Commercial Performance: Drive sales, conversion and customer retention through a relationship-led approach, identifying opportunities to grow the business without compromising the customer experience.

• Brand & Presentation: Maintain exceptional standards across the retail environment, ensuring the store reflects the brand''s identity, values and positioning.

• Team Development: Coach and mentor the team, developing confidence in client engagement, styling, product expertise and personalised service.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of the business, balancing commercial priorities with attention to detail and a premium customer experience.

• Clienteling & Engagement: Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships, encourage repeat business and build a loyal customer base.

• You have experience within premium, luxury or service-led retail, where customer experience and relationship building are central to success.

• You are passionate about delivering personalised service and creating an environment where customers feel valued.

• You have a strong understanding of clienteling, customer retention and relationship-led selling.
