Are you an entrepreneurial Store Manager who is not only passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, but also an exceptional experience for their team? In this full-time, permanent role, you''ll be responsible for building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable events for customers, and working on customer outreach, all whilst promoting the learning and development of your team.What You Will Do

Lead and manage all aspects of store operations including sales performance, KPIs, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting, and stock orderingChampion NEOM''s brand by organising and supporting in-store and field events, collaborating with local businesses and partnersRecruit, train, and mentor your team with a strong focus on education, development, and wellbeingDeliver an unforgettable NEOM Wellbeing experience for every customer, inspiring positive lifestyle choicesDevelop and execute an Annual Events Plan to support monthly activations and brand partnershipsIdentify opportunities to support our people and planet, including fundraising for our partnered charity through events and collaborationsLead community initiatives that promote inclusivity, volunteering, and local engagementQualifications

Minimum 2 years'' experience managing a team, ideally in a standalone retail environmentProven background in the health and beauty industryPassion for wellbeing and delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a teamCommercially driven with a focus on increasing store footfall and brand presenceExcellent attention to detail and high operational standardsConfident communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindsetIT literate, comfortable using MS Office, Excel, and Google DriveSelf-motivated, able to multitask and work independentlyAligned with NEOM''s values and committed to community and wellbeing initiativesBenefits
