Create a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing staff development. Manage stock levels, replenishment, deliveries and store operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety standards. Represent the brand values through confident leadership, communication and customer engagement About You Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within fashion, accessories or beauty retail. Proven track record of driving sales, achieving KPIs and elevating customer experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop a team.
