Today, Margaret Howell clothes are sold worldwide with 12 own shops in Europe, over 70 outlets in Japan and an established online business.We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to sell our womenswear and menswear collection at one of our UK shops.RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting business goals and upholding Margaret Howell standardsSupport the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer conversion, average transaction value (AVT), units per transaction (UPT), and customer engagement, through thoughtful coaching and team developmentManage stock levels and support inventory accuracyBe responsible for various reports, analysing and compiling data to feed back in the monthly meetingsManage the shop team and operations to ensure smooth running of the shop, by planning correct staffing levels, managing performance and following Company policies and HandS regulationsREQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within luxury fashion retailStrong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to performanceProven experience meeting KPIsConfident in giving constructive feedback and receiving feedback with professionalismA consistent approach to setting clear expectations and maintaining accountabilityInspirational leadership style with a focus on team developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiencesAn understanding of Margaret Howell ethos and our distinctive approach to customer serviceREWARDS
