Quest Search and Selection are currently hiring for a Small Supermarket/Convenience Store Manager role, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service.Leading by example, you will motivate and support your team while bringing the company''s values to life within a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.This business is a leading supermarket and convenience retailer with stores across the UK. They are also supported by strategic partnerships with fuel forecourt operators and franchise partners. The business is focused on providing customers with a convenient shopping experience, offering a strong range of quality everyday products and essential services close to where people live and work.Please note: this role requires full relocation to an island location within the UK.
